Currently, the minimum size custom screen printed t-shirt order is 24 pieces which is one of the lowest in the industry. We recognize the need that small businesses and organizations have for short runs of professionally screen printed and embroidered items.

Save Money with Your Order

Here are some examples of smart ways to save money on your order:

White T-Shirts tend to be significantly less money than color t-shirts with ash and heather gray t-shirts being somewhere in the middle.
Keep number of colors low as a cost saver. Reducing the number of colors that you print on your garments can save you money. You can also get good results using halftones for certain colors. In many cases artwork that is black and gray will look good printed with just black and black halftones. This will allow you to pay for one color printing as opposed to two.
Limit the printing to just one location. Printing on just the front or back of a t-shirt is much less expensive.
Order more items at once. Each time you order, price is determined by the quantity you are ordering that time. This is due to the extensive setup required to produce screen printed and embroidered items.
Higher quantity = lower per piece price. Ask us if the quantity that you are ordering is near a price break. Our pricing is set forth in ranges such as 48-99, 100-149 etc. Bumping up to a price level that is just a couple of pieces away can dramatically reduce your cost.

Payment Policies

Kenny's Imprintables accepts payment via check, money order, cash or purchase order, and by credit card. Qualified Institutions (such as Purchasing Offices) wishing to establish group accounts and utilize purchase orders may set up special payment options by contacting Kenny's Imprintables.

Shipping Information

Kenny's Imprintables' orders are generally delivered within 5-10 working days. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales Representative.

Sizing

Since we have garments available from many different makers we are providing general sizing information in the charts below. Please note that most American Made and Fashion Cut Tees are cut differently. If you want these styles, please call us for more accurate sizing information.

User Agreement & Policies

What this Agreement Covers

This Agreement governs your use of the Site and the Kenny's Imprintables service (the "Service"). The Service permits customers that have an appropriate relationship either with: (i) corporations and small businesses; (ii) elementary and secondary schools; or (iii) other organizations, to design and purchase custom merchandise properly describing that relationship. You understand that by using the Site and the Service, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and you agree to use the Site and the Service solely as provided in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights of Kenny's Imprintables and Third Parties

Kenny's Imprintables is committed to the appropriate and legal use of the intellectual property of others, and we require our users to behave similarly. Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written and other materials that appear on the Kenny's Imprintables Site (collectively the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Kenny's Imprintables.

Kenny's Imprintables has the sole discretion to reject any order that it considers libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane (according to standards established by the FCC), portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for Kenny's Imprintables production.

You agree to not use Kenny's Imprintables' Service to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.

Privacy

Kenny's Imprintables is extremely committed to protecting your privacy.

Our privacy policy is very simple:

The information you provide about yourself when placing an order is used only to complete that order.
Any information that you submit to us (name, address, email, etc) will not be used outside our company without your notification and permission.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Payment Policies

Kenny's Imprintables will begin processing orders immediately upon receipt of art proof approval and full payment.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us! We offer only the highest quality screen printing and embroidery services to our customers.

If the custom products you receive differ materially from the instructions you submitted we will replace or credit your order, within 15 days of receiving your custom order. Kenny's Imprintables is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions. Kenny's Imprintables will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to Kenny's Imprintables that actually are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. Kenny's Imprintables goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Kenny's Imprintables accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by Kenny's Imprintables merchandise for one of the following reasons:

the blank items themselves are materially flawed;
the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or
the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

Limit of Kenny's Imprintables' Responsibility

Kenny's Imprintables will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to Kenny's Imprintables that actually are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. Kenny's Imprintables is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. Kenny's Imprintables is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.

The information and materials contained in this Site, including text, graphics, links or other items, are provided "as is", "as available". Kenny's Imprintables does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials on the Site and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials. No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from computer virus, is given in conjunction with the information and materials.

In no event will Kenny's Imprintables be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Kenny's Imprintables, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Kenny's Imprintables and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of Kenny's Imprintables' Site and the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and, where applicable, by federal law.
