If the custom products you receive differ materially
from the instructions you submitted we will replace
or credit your order, within 15 days of receiving
your custom order. Kenny's Imprintables is not responsible
should you give incorrect instructions. Kenny's Imprintables
will be responsible for acting only on those instructions
sent to Kenny's Imprintables that actually are received
and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions
in communications facilities not under its control
that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any
orders you send.
