What is screenprinting?
Screen printing starts with your high quality artwork that is separated out into the composite colors for producing a film positive. This method of printmaking then imposes your design on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface. The printed garment is then heat cured. This method creates high quality printed apparel that can withstand years of washing and wear.

Prices are based on:
- the number of colors in your design
- number of print locations
- total number of items you are screen printing
We offer up to 6 colors of printing with a minimum order of 2 dozen pieces

Custom embroidery adds a professional look to your polo shirts, jackets, hats, or sweatshirts and is a great way to market your business or organization.
What is embroidery?
The embroidery process begins with "digitizing" your
digital logo. This involves recreating your artwork, essentially by hand, into
a stitch file that will serve to instruct the automated embroidery machines
what color, where, and what to stitch. This file is then loaded onto the embroidery
machine. From there, your blank garment will be prepared to be placed
onto the machine. After the garments are done sewing the excess backing is
cut away and any threads are trimmed.

Whether your logo needs a little "sprucing up" or you need artwork designed
from scratch, our award winning graphic art staff can work with you to turn
your idea into a great looking design. Generally, our art charge is $50
per hour. Most jobs usually do not exceed three hours labor. Our staff will
send you an electronic proof for your approval.
